Article 83. Any person who shall requisition an inspection for completed work at the aerodrome under the provision of Article 42 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit an application for such inspection of the aerodrome to the Minister of Transport describing the following items:
(1)Name and address of the applicant;
(2)The location and name of the aerodrome;
(3)The work completion date.
2. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be applied accordingly to an application for the inspection of completed alteration work at the aerodrome under the provisions of Article 42 paragraph 1 of the Law, which apply accordingly to Article 43 paragraph 2 of the Law.
3. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall be applied accordingly to the application for inspection of completed work at the New Tokyo International Airport under the provision of Article 42 paragraph 1 of the Law which is applied accordingly to Article 56 of the Law.
(Report of the Activation Date)
Article 84. Any person who files a report of activation date for an aerodrome tinder the provision of Article 42 paragraph 3 of the Law shall submit a report to the Minister of Transport describing the following items:
(1)Name and address of the applicant;
(2)The location and name of the aerodrome;
(3)The date of activation;
2. The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be applied accordingly to the filing of a report of the re-activation date of an aerodrome altered or deactivated under the provisions of Article 42 paragraph 3 which are applied accordingly to Article 43 paragraph 2 and Article 44 paragraph 5; or to Article 44 paragraph 5, which is also applied accordingly to Article 44 paragraph 2 of the Law. In this case, the term “permission for establishment” shall be read as “permission for alteration”, “permission for deactivation”, or “filing a report of deactivation” respectively.
3. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall be applied accordingly to report filed for the activation or reactivation date of the New Tokyo International Airport under the provisions of Article 42 paragraph 3 which are applied accordingly to Article 56, or under Article 44 paragraph 5, which is also applied accordingly to Article 56 of the Law.
